ClimatePartner° | Offsetdruckerei Schwarzach offers climate-neutral printing in line with the ClimatePartner process. This involves calculating the emissions for the selected print job and identifying the amount to be offset. The amount allocated for offsetting is around 2.0 to 5.0 percent of the value of the job and compensates for the negative CO2 balance. This voluntary contribution goes to support a climate protection project that you can choose yourself. The ClimatePartner process is transparent and is documented to an extremely high level. Your packaging job is provided with the attractive logo and its own tracking number. Anyone who has your packaging in their hands can use this unique number to access and view the project online. FSC | As per 1st of May 2009 we are a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified company. FSC stands for the traceability and the considerate treatment of the available raw material wood originating from a well managed forest with a controlled, certified and resource-friendly cultivation. PEFC | Since the beginning of July 2009, Offsetdruckerei Schwarzach GmbH is certified according to the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes - Chain of Custody (PEFC). PEFC stands for a considerate forest management. This is confirmed for end consumers by the imprint of this logo on the packaging. FSC and PEFC are non-profit independent institutions that guarantee economic, ecological and social sustainability.When raw materials are FSC and PEFC classified, this denotes that no compromises have been made neither to the quality of the packaging nor to productivity. BRC/IoP | Due to this certification awarded in January 2006, Offsetdruckerei Schwarzach GmbH offers innovative solutions in the fields of food, beverages and pharmaceuticals that fulfill the highest quality standards of the European packaging industry. | DPG (Deutsches Pfand Gesetz)  | On May 1, 2006 Germany adopted a uniform reuse and recycling procedure for non-return beverage packagings, controlled by the Deutsche Pfandgesellschaft mbH. As of March 2006 our company has been awarded the DPG certification stating the conformity to these provisions and was granted the right to use special security features that are printed on the respective labels. FOGRA39 | Offsetdruckerei Schwarzach GmbH goes even one step further to guarantee its quality management. Since June 2006, the duty to fulfill FOGRA Proof guidelines is certified by a valid FOGRA Proof Certificate. As from this date our customers get proofs accompanied by a detailed evaluation record certifying the conformity with the FOGRA guidelines. Irrespective of the certification, the FOGRA proofs are constantly optimized within the tolerance limits defined by FOGRA. This certification guarantees our customers a highest possible degree of verification of the colour requirements prior to print production and thus assures an absolutely satisfying final product.
